By accessing or using Binary Keji HMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Binary Keji HMS is a hostel management software platform that provides tools for managing students, rooms, billing, invoicing, and related operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay invoices by their due date may result in suspension or termination of your license.
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of machines specified in your subscription plan. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the software; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) share your license key with unauthorized parties; (d) attempt to circumvent any security measures.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. Binary Keji does not claim any rights over your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any losses due to downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked, but you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Binary Keji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
